My Story
Career pressure often takes a toll on young professionals’
health and financial freedom
After being a young professional for many years now, I come to realize that many of my fellow colleagues completely let go of themselves during the process of growing in their respective careers. The stress in their lives/ workplace led them to gain weight, ultimately compromising their quality of life. In addition, I also noticed that many of my colleagues that are/were involved in higher academia do not have basic financial literacy when it comes to investing and credit card point leveraging which leads them to live pay check to pay check and not being able to travel the world during their youth. It was evident to me that so many critical pieces of knowledge that should have been taught in school were missing which led to this result.

Redefine Yourself LLC was born out of the realization that I was living a fundamentally different life from many around me. While others avoided discussions around money and personal growth, I leaned into them—embracing FIRE principles and mastering credit card point strategies to travel the world. I didn’t come from wealth. Everything I know today came through years of studying, asking questions, and connecting with people who were more knowledgeable in natural bodybuilding and financial literacy.
In a world full of noise and outdated beliefs—like "investing is too risky" or "don’t ask too many questions"—I carved my own path. And now, I coach others to do the same.
For over 14 years, I’ve dedicated myself to natural bodybuilding, while traveling globally using points and investing consistently in assets.
